Estrella, an Astrax IIT Mandi blog writing competition, provided a chance to demonstrate creative writing talents as well as an in-depth understanding of astronomy. On the theme of Gravitational Astrophysics, our group crafted a magnificent piece of writing which secured first place in the competition.
Next: Shooting StarThe Shooting Star competition organised by IIT Mandi was an astrophotography competition in which the participants had to submit their best photos captured between a specified time frame. I submitted a photo of the Moon taken just from my camera, without a telescope which secured me the third place.
